If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details you provide — such as your name, contact information and event details — are processed to reply and prepare your proposal. When you request a service, the legal basis is taking precontractual steps or performing a contract; general enquiries are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Delivering the service may require processing data to meet legal obligations, including invoicing. If health data, such as allergies, is needed, specific information will be provided and the appropriate explicit consent requested before it is collected. Marketing messages will not be sent without the required legal basis.

The hosting service receives technical data, such as your IP address and page request, to deliver the website and maintain its security, based on the legitimate interest in keeping it running safely.

3. Games and files on your device

The games save the progress and preferences needed to operate in this browser. Photos and audio selected for The Party Chest are used locally: the website's code does not upload them to a server or retain them when the game is closed or reloaded. Enquiry data is retained while the enquiry is being handled and afterwards for the periods needed to address legal liabilities. If you book, documentation is retained for the applicable statutory periods. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for service delivery and security.

Hosting, email and communications providers may be involved, along with collaborators when necessary to deliver your requested service, and authorities where legally required. Your data is not sold.

If you choose WhatsApp, that service processes data under its privacy policy, which explains its recipients and international transfers. This website does not embed WhatsApp tracking: the service opens when you follow its link.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by emailing the address provided. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. Proportionate additional information may be requested where needed to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
