01 / THE IDEA
The first cocktail
is the excuse.
You do not need to know what a shaker is to have a good time. The fun is in tasting, comparing and laughing when the first mix is not quite what you expected. A shared activity helps a group that does not know each other well start to connect.
A makeshift terrace bar, freshly cut citrus fruit and a bartender guiding you through it. Learn a simple mix, try your own version and compare the results with a laugh. Recipes, equipment and activities are chosen so everyone can join in comfortably.
If some guests do not drink alcohol, we can explore an alcohol-free version. We can also place it before a meal or sunset gathering: taking part together first often sets a lovely mood for everything that follows.

It is not assumed. A workshop and a bar service are different formats, detailed separately if you would like both.
